What is the return policy?
You have two days from the time you receive your item to request a return under our two-day policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within 2 days only after receiving the product, the product must be in its same condition as received; otherwise the exchange won't be processed.
Shipping policy
WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL SHIPPINGS.
We Ship Throughout Egypt.
Standard shipment takes 2-5 business days.
Pre Orders take from 1-2 weeks.
